The hotel provided us with an exclusive experience, fulfilling our luxurious needs. the spacious room had breathtaking views, comfortable beds, and beautiful decor. the private facilities such as the swimming pool and bar/lounge area were perfect for relaxing after a long day. the staff was attentive and provided excellent service, making us feel like royalty.
The only negative aspect was the location, some taxi drivers struggled to find the hotel. the hotel offered a great shuttle service to nearby malls that compensated for it.

Great hotel with amazing views from high floors, spacious and clean apartments, and excellent customer service. Staff members provide attentive and friendly assistance, especially Abdelaziz and Ibrahim who are both highly recommended. Convenient location near a popular shopping destination. Free shuttle service available.

This hotel enjoys an enviable location in a popular area with easy access to all areas in and around the city. It offers guests breathtaking views of the city skyline and the iconic Burj Khalifa. The rooms are spacious and modern with excellent facilities such as a swimming pool and kids area. The reception staff is friendly and helpful, always making guests feel at home.
One downside to this hotel is that the pick-up service can be unreliable, with incorrect information about pick-up timings causing inconvenience to guests.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the great facilities it offered such as the gym and pool. The staff were courteous and helpful, even providing free daily shuttle services to nearby attractions. We also appreciated the convenient location in downtown with easy transportation options and free valet parking. Plus, breakfast was delicious!

Stayed at Damac Royal Damac Towers Aparthotel and was really surprised by the spacious apartments with modern amenities. The pool area was beautiful, and the shuttle service was convenient for mall visits. a great stay.
